Actually, Americans are in the top 10 tallest countries list. With the rest being mostly European countries, the Netherlands is #1 on the list. So, if you're a manlet in Germany or the Netherlands you're in some of the tallest countries as a short man.

All other 190 countries have an average height that would be suitable for any manlet, as the rest of the world including Africa is manner tier.
