The fact that the MGS3 remake is seen as what a remake should be now is awful

This game is very faithful sure, but people seem to forget what a remake should be, let’s remind the masses, RE1MAKE is what defined what a remake is and should be, it shouldn’t just be better graphics or quality of life upgrades, but expansions to the original game, specifically, they still have the same fucking small areas that the ps2 era had, they didn’t care to improve upon the level design at all! If this game costs 70 dollars you would at least expect an improvement like that, but no, it’s literally just mgsv combat with better graphics and the same motion capture (which I guess is fine but the level design is inexcusable, it should have been expanded to be more of an open (but not too open like V) experience, yet they could not do that

A remake should not be remaster-tier game with new graphics, it should be at the very least the same retelling of the story with MORE added to it, nothing removed, and it sure as hell shouldn’t cost the price of a new game now, the prices of new games now are already a ripoff, and you’re selling remakes for that much?

Mgs delta is a copy paste from the original mgs3. A pathetic soulless game no one should buy. Learn from capcom and their resident evil 2 and 4 remakes. That's how you do a remake. You take the original content and create a new game, a new version of the game with lots of changes and new stuff to improve and adapt, not a fucking 1:1 copy paste shit. That's no remake
