Am ricecel and lactose intolerance but also a raw foodist. I have no problem eating moderate amount of ice cream. Raw eggs and raw red meat. No problem with sushi and raw oyster.

That said, there's nothing wrong with doing aerobic shit at the gym, I do it after every workout because it reduces muscle soreness the next day (from what I've heard)
