[Grey Man]

TLDR: In the story, a the main character "You" dies in a car accident. Shortly after, You go to "Heaven" where you discovers the meaning of life: You are constantly reincarnated into all human beings who have ever lived.
It's a really nice short story that beautifully portrays Death, Afterlife, and Rebirth.

I really really hope this interpretation of life and death is real. It's better than all kinds of afterlives imo. All of this suffering has an end.

I've had a thought similar to this. Earth and all life on it could just be one of the most immersive videogames of all time made by a higher power because they were bored. Its adjacent to the simulation theory and a cool thought experiment

I'd love simulation theory to be true too. But that doesn't guarantee waking up as Chad. The Egg theory offers the best version of reincarnation.

I suppose thats also true, but just thinking about the sort of suffering ill have to endure - i mean do we reincarnate only as humans or also as animals? if it includes animals too than its definitely not worth it
