1. How can you preemptively even know if your sexual advance will be met with rejection or acceptance? You can't. Sexual harassment should be when somebody makes sexual advances towards someone repeatedly despite the person telling them, seriously, to stop. Sure, it happens, but "sexual harassment" is way too ambiguous and people don't know where and when the line is until it's been crossed already, at which point someone is getting in serious trouble. I think that there should be greater encouragement for women to say something like, "Look, I'm not interested in you touching me or flirting, so just don't do it anymore ok?" in order to curb misunderstandings and men not knowing where this mysterious, ambiguous and subjective line in the sand is. Of course, it's not like a measure like that would stop women from making false complaints for their own good ("heyy SISTA you wanna, like, just get that weirdo, like i dunno his name, outta here like ill just say he touched my boob LOL and that im super traumatised and then there'll be a spot for amanda like YAASSS"), nor would it stop men from being like, "oh baby i know you like it; i saw it on those PUA videos. Yes, that's crazy, isn't it? If you desire a woman, you can't try anything unless you are sure she won't press charges, but there is no way to know. Basically, you're at her mercy.

I mean, without these stupid laws, you could just try something and if you get rejected, you can take the humiliation and move on.
