I thought boomers agreed decades ago that we were just never gonna pay that shit. Congress has literally never once balanced a budget for as long as I’ve been alive, and yet according to boomers, I’m responsible for this shit because of student loans or something. Not a single fucking year since I was shat into this retarded fucking world has congress made more money than they’ve spent.

The debt is now over $30 Trillion. For perspective, if Congress passed a budget of $0 (nothing), meaning they spent zero dollars for a whole year, for 6 years in a row, we still wouldn’t pay it off. It’s never going to happen.

Can we just all collectively agree that this shit is just never getting fucking paid and move on? Just like fucking student loans, we literally do not ever have to pay this shit.

I’m sick of Congress, particularly Republican Congress, getting on their high horse about spending. Trump wouldn’t shut up about spending and debt when he was running, and what did he do when he had majority in Senate and House? Did he balance the budget? No, he didn’t.
