CEOs virtue signal and describe a fake romantic picture of how the company is like a family. They actually treat employees coldly like numbers, laying off many of them at once under the guise of struggling financially despite the business being in a good financial position in reality. Then the laid off corporate simps spread their butt cheeks far and wide on LinkedIn, praising "their" corporation for all the good moments they've had together despite receiving nothing in return. On top of that, they attack everyone who tries to speak out against this hypocrisy. And employees don't own their job, it's just their turn.
