What? I think you have a strange and unrealistic view of rich people, indeed many of them are not afraid to get their hands dirty to mantain their wealth or accumulate more riches. It's obvious that evil will often be drawn to where power and riches are, for example the richest and up until recently most powerful man in my country was both a massive degenerate and had ties with mafia. Moreover most of the rich people I know are nothing special morally. Not necessarily, there are a lot of poor people who don't commit any crimes I am not sure why you think rich people never sin and the poor do it so often, maybe you have a bias. Being good looking means that you will be treated well by most people at every stage of your life and receive positive reinforcement for your actions, so if your parents already set you on a religious path, you'll likely stick to it. Afterlife thoughts are gigacope. It can be put in a way that the will to live is so strong that people want to extend the "self" beyond life, they create afterlife thoughts and wanting to maintain their existence somehow even if the body perishes.
