Antinatalists say giving birth is wrong because the child didn't consent to being born/conceived; however, the truth is that most people are glad to be born. Also this logic can be turned against them - children don't consent to being aborted. Two wrongs don't make a right.

Antinatalists are in favor of abortion. If it's okay to kill/abort someone after they don't consent to something, then it should be legal to kill rape victims since they didn't consent to rape. I'm not saying it's okay to kill them. I'm just stating antinatalist/pro-abortion logic.

People who wish they weren't born are just a small minority who are unhappy with their lives. The solution to that is assisted suicide. They should be euthanized instead of spreading their stupid anti-birth ideology.
