Excuse the meme title. Little clip from the post 9/11 movie 25th Hour (2002) by Spike Lee. The idea of ranking men in terms of socio-sexual worth on a societal scale, the creation of a sexual caste system of sorts, long predates incels, PUA and the manosphere.
Obviously a 62nd percentile would make Philip Seymour Hoffman, who plays a chubby, sexless, high inhib incel type, a (high tier) normie. However Barry Diller is being nice here to his HS friend, PSH in this movie portrays a low tier normie at best - who has the hots for his JB student.
