I am not exaggerating that I was underfed and ate only wheat shit I bought at school. And I had very shitty sleep, I slept 2-3 hours at home then I was woken up by my mentally ill abusive bitch mother and tried to sleep at school. It's fucking crazy how different my life could be. When you are from broken home you have fucked up hormones because of atmosphere and on top of that shitty diet, shitty sleep.
