Growing up, my family moved every 3 or 4 years.

Every time we moved, I would start a new martial art, in my new town.

By fate, it never worked out for me to just continue classes in the same art……as there was no place that did it in my new town.

The most useless martial arts I did were Goju and Tae Kwon Do.
Both are similar to each other.

All those fancy moves sure look cool.
But, that shit just doesn’t work in a real fight.

The second best martial art I did was Ken Ju Bo Ai.

Still, only half the shit is useful in a real fight, but the typical martial art is 90% fluff that just doesn’t work.

So, it’s better than most.

The most useful martial art I did was actually just something I saw on YouTube.
I would just do it myself at home, in my gym in the garage.

Frank Cucci, Navy Seal unarmed combat.
It’s very simple.
Yet, actually works in real life fights.

You spend years learning useless shit in any martial art.
Frank Cucci just cuts out all that nonsense and is just very basic and easy to learn.
