Got a little “triggered” today and a lot of bad memories surfaced for me. It made me realize nobody in my life has ever truly cared about me or helped me in anyway. I have been alone in this world all my life and probably will for the remainder. Nobody irl even seems to feel sorry for me, and it’s obvious everyone in my life has it better than me.
This forum is comforting because I know that there are some guys here who understand what I have gone through and I’m sure several even have it worse than me. Outside of this forum nobody understands what my life has been like.
