Video game development is very gay in college
I paid a lot to do a gamedev master after getting my computer sci degree and dropped it halfway because it was low quality and too general.
They said everyone would find a gamedev position at companies like Ubisoft but so far everyone who graduated is unemployed JFL.

You should. Very useless degree, you can find the same jobs if you go for computer science/software engineering plus you won’t be limited to just one job field, instead having all of IT really
It’s better to treat game development as a hobby imho. You wouldn’t want to work for AAA companies anyways

I went to this college mostly due to hoping to be graphic designer in first place but right now AI will be a problem, at least i got interested in animation during time i spend here
