Try visiting the city your parents or grandparents etc. are from. If you’re a genetically northern Chinese girl, your facial features may not resemble girls in southern cities like Shanghai, Guangzhou. Even in different southern cities there’s variance.
Teeth correction could also be one of the factors. Throughout my years in China, people wearing braces are not rare but not as common as US etc. Having every tooth in place can affect the appearance of your facial bones i’ll say.
And don’t underestimate the impacts of decades of western smiles and such on how you use your muscles underneath your face. Maybe also makeup style lol
