Sorry but it doesn't make sense. The amount of past and future time is irrelevant to the present. The commonly accepted Big Bang theory states that the state of the universe prior to the Big Bang cannot be observed, it is as likely that the universe came from nothing as it is that it always existed in one shape or another, in the sense that any explanations are pure speculation.
You realize theres a thing called airplanes right? Why the fuck would you have flying cars? They haven't been invented yet because they are useless and unpractical. A flying car is basically a private jet. Flying cars would only make sense if they are super cheap which isn't happening anytime soon because even if cars become super cheap then money has basically no value anymore since at that point everything will be done by robots which brings us back to the singularity because thats the soonest point that is ever going to happen.
How can something have "always existed" ? That isn't possible. That would break all laws of causality and yet again what would happen if you travel an infinite amount back in time? Which brings us back to the logic problem of we would never be able to reach our current present because theres an infinite amount of time before us. Sure we don't know what was before the big bang but i don't think that any scientist seriously believes that the universe has existed forever anymore. Theres too many problems with it. It would also force the universe to stay completly unchanged for all of eternity because even the slightest chance would eventually given infinite time result in the universe being destroyed in one way or another.
"Laws" of causality are constantly broken at the particle level, you can look it up if you're geniunely interested.
Once again, the amount of time before and after is completely irrelevant. Our linear perception of time is just a perception.
Even if the premise were true, the universe is not a living being and doesn't care about its own destruction.
