Venting Teared up because can't solve math

TL;DR I was tearing up because i struggled to solve a math problem

I was in a calculus class and i didn't understand how to solve this problem

I told my foid teacher that i didn't understand how to solve it. She said to just solve it, just like what she taught

I'm very bad at math and a slow math learner I think i would qualify for a special ed math class in western standard

I was sitting there reading the instructions in the text book for a while, but i still didn't get it

Everyone in my class were done solving the problem or were copying one another

At that point i was tearing up JFL

My teacher finally noticed me struggling, and asked one of my classmate to help me out

She said i need to ask for help from classmates/friends if i can't do it

I'm not really buddy buddy with my classmates, so i wasn't comfortable asking them for help

He explained it to me, but i'm not a fast learner. I hope he didn't notice my eyes were watery

The class was coming to an end at that point. I still didn't solve the problem though

might be good to actually well visualize it but yeah as x tends to 3 (the limit) you substitute the values to get the y.
