If you didn’t learn it and retain it from a young age it’s over buddy boyo. It’s very difficult to find time to learn a 2nd language and even if you do you’ll never sound like a native. That’s why curry first generation immigrants have a thick accent and speak broken English even if they’ve stayed for decades
