I play an online game and there is a guildmate of mine who has 196 cm if I remember correctly and in his early twenties he already has some back issues and complained about pain in that area of his body.

While this doesn’t have to mean his problems come from the height it is also well known that being too tall may actually cause some damage to your back which results in pain.
