Because even if an anti-women party gets elected and takes women's rights away idiots 2-3 generations down the line will forget why their ancestors did this in the first place and will foolishly grant women their rights back. The cycle of misery will start all over again.

The only way to permanently solve the women problem is to render them obsolete by completely automating female biology. To do this, we need four key technologies: AGI, humanoid robots, artificial reproductive cells and artificial wombs. All of these technologies are currently in development and will be ready around 2035.

In less than ten years, for the first time in human history, men will have the necessary power to undo the Curse of Eden. I hope we use this opportunity well. This will be our one and only chance to save human civilization from certain collapse.

If you think about it, if the axiom of Free Will is taken away and replaced with Determinism, then the Talos paradox is resolved. Indeed, there would be no difference between a human being and an automata.

Taking their rights away is still important

I have zero doubt women will be basically non existent anywhere where clean drinking water and electricity aren't luxuries true only question is what countries will those be the west will probably ban such tech but the west is also probably doomed to third worldism.

cant we just kill them (in game) and just live out the rest of our days in peace?
