1. common misunderstanding: AI, not to mention the AGI, would render human useless. the economy still needs people. question is, what people.
2. human as lab animal. one of the bottlenecks of AI (other than computing power) is high quality data. data is collected by sensors in devices, homes, cars, human bodies.
3. thus, the "value" of an individual human is close to zero. value almost certainly depends on the size of dataset. one datapoint is almost always useless.
4. the value of a individual depends on his/her peculiarity, or the information he/she carries. a middle class young with money and leisure to develop quirky tastes or desires would have more human right than a normal Bangladesh peasant, whose life is highly predictable, and whose data is useless.
5. middle class would shrink. most will become precarious proletariat, with zero human right. normative human right would be eroded. the society we are used to needs ordinary human as consumer, worker and soldier. the new society does not need that. most people are now militarily and economically irrelevant. right comes from utility.

good review

you still have human right, nominally.
that nominally isn't converted into practice though. Those that should protect such "rights" trump on them all the time
