I used to always have worse mood in the winter months as the days started getting shorter and there was less sunlight. But this year I started taking a 1000 IU vitamin D supplement daily, and I have not experienced any mood decrease at all. You should try this if you haven't already and you tend to feel worse during winter.

same, i take 3000 to 5000 daily. hasn't cured me by any stretch of the imagination but it has helped a bit, probably also good for my bones or some shit
