Been watching HeadAndSucceed youtube "it's over" videos. He explains it in a really good way and that liberated me from being hateful towards myself. The BP is a blessing in disguise. Every time i try it out in real life, it solidifies even further. Doesn't matter how much Red Pill garbage you listen to.
