Fuck me boyos, taking pictures from under a woman's skirt will now land you up to 2 years in prison.
This is extremely fucking harsh, who in their right mind thought that putting someone in prison for years and ruining his life will be a fair punishment?
An upskirt picture literally does no harm to the victim (except maybe social) and even then I don't see how that could justify the suggested punishment. An upskirt picture also doesn't include the victims face so they have plausible deniability as they could always state that it wasn't them and thus avoiding any damage being done.
This law that is about to be passed just proves that we as a society value women's feelings of victimhood more than fair punishments.
