Im sick of Self Improovers thinking listening to podcasts and taking cold showers are gonna get you laid. You only self improve for yourself as an incel I have been self improving and I realize that muscles are not going to get me laid whats getting me laid is my genetic heritage its something I was born with and trying to looksmaxx or gymmaxx is not going to change my genetic heritage therefore because good looks are biologically hardwired in females to be attracted to I will never experience real love ever in my entire life from a woman EVEN if I betabuxx because betabuxxing is just a legalized form of prostitution that costs 10X more money and is 10X less effective

I know that self improvement is really important to do for YOURSELF but many of you guys are self improoving for the wrong reasons

What I do (or don't do):
-Never drink alcohol EVER
-Never smoke or do drugs
-Drink 1% milk for better telomeres according to a recent study (legit 99% of what I drink my entire life is just water or milk), and Vitamin D
-Avoid the sun (zero exposure most days, 30-60 min of exposure on occasional days)
-I bike for transportation + exercise, but this is only possible for 2/3 of the year (could exercise more, only thing I'm lacking)


Self-improvement is stupid though. More like maintain what you already have (i.e. youthful appearance). Looking young for your age is more impressive than half the shit they suggest. If you age better than majority of males, then your relative SMV will increase with age rather than decrease... I think.

Will it help you get laid? Shit, nothing does anymore. But staying younger-looking and healthy for your age at least makes life slightly more bearable.

It ain't soy milk, or other vegan crap. I actually was drinking 2% for a few years but recently switched back to 1% because of recent studies on milk's effect on telomeres according to % fat.

Fuck skim milk though. Those studies showed that skim and 1% were both the best ones, so I went with 1% of course.

Actually it isn't really about lifespan. To correct you, the studies claim as much as 4.5 years' difference. But the main point here is that longer telomeres means slowing ageing. That means that it helps to delay an aged appearance.

I couldn't give less of a shit if I lived to 85 or 89 years old. I'm pretty sick of being alive already, at 29. I'm more concerned with quality of life in the rest of young adulthood and middle adulthood (I question everyday if even that is worth it, though).

but actually I have done some research and theres a lot of studies saying drinking whole milk can actually be good for you and higher fat diets are actually better for longevity if you wanna live into your 90s for me I dont plan on living that long I wanna die young who wants to live in this world for that long?

i thought that the less fat there is in milk the more it's been processed, and processed stuff is no good

no idea why processed 1% milk would be best for your telomeres

This was actually the reason I was on 2% milk for awhile. It's also the reason I convinced my mom to quit buying margarine (disgusting) and switch back to plain butter.

I'm honestly not sure why this is the case and it does seem kind of suspect. The studies promoting low-fat milk are recent from 2020.

I did read that the effect on telomeres might be in terms of total saturated fat intake, and not isolated to the milk itself. So basically whole milk is probably fine if your saturated fat intake is otherwise low.

I don't think fapping daily is ideal (hard to stop though), it really does seem to fuck with energy levels and even worsens depression. On the other hand, never fapping just doesn't hold up to the data and otherwise sounds brutally difficult.

The benefit-to-cost ratio really does seem to max out after a few days.

you can take your Sexual Market Value for example if your SMV is objectively a 3/10 at BEST you can improve it by a point or a point and a half with surgerymaxxing, geomaxxing and other forms of hardmaxxing but if you are OBJECTIVELY a 3/10 its not possible to ascend

but maybe lets say your a 6/10 and you dont take care of yourself that can lower your SMV to a 3/10 and you would be a tempcel or a temporary incel and if you "Just shower bro" and "Just shave bro" it will instantly bring your SMV back to its original or a 6/10

and your looks are ENTIRELY based off your genetic heritage meaning no amount of self improvement will change what you was already born with

I believe nofap or semen retention can work but maybe that doesn't work for everyone. I can confidently say that I feel a lot better and more outgoing if I haven't fapped in a while. After binging with porn and jerking off multiple times a day I just feel exhausted, tired, unmotivated to do anything and feel like a zombie. That might just be my experience though, but other people are warmer to your presence if you don't look and feel like you haven't slept in days.

I have nothing against the idea of self-improvement on its own merits, but I cannot fucking stand normie sexhavers fingerwagging it at me like it's an idea that I never heard of before. It's all based on the blue pilled rhetoric that foids are attracted to men with good character, and that you can prove that you have good character by exercising it in the form of discipline or w/e. Having good character is a thing, and I think it's generally worth it, but foids DO. NOT. CARE. Character, for the typical foid, is something to bemoan later in the relationship, never something to make decisions on. You won't, but if you ever hear a foid say something like "He's not very attractive, but he's such a good guy" then you'll immediately hear her confidante telling her "Girl you deserve better" or w/e crap.

Anyways, sorry, just getting fired up. Lately I've been embarking on a journey of self-improvement, but I'm doing it for my own reasons, I do not have any anticipation that this will help me ascend. I know this because I have embarked on a journey of self-improvement several times in my life, and not once has it made a jot of difference, because it fundamentally can't. Self-improvement is for low-tier normies who fear that they might be incel tier. By all means, it's true - if you're an incel and you haven't tried self-improvement, then honestly, you're most likely a fakecel larper who will easily ascend once you put a fucking ounce of effort into it. But if you're been there, done that, wrote the book, cashed the check, your dick is still drier than the desert, then yeah. Fuck those normie sexhavers telling you to improve yourself. They need to improve their mouth shut if you ask me.
