Not only is loneliness an exclusive male issue, but the world experience of going out and making friends is different.
When I go out with my toilet friends I just notice how friendly everyone treats us and how people go out of their way to please them, but when I go out with male friends were always viewed with suspicion by literally everyone we meet.
Going to a shop:
With a female friend: You can look around and buy nothing, staff are friendly, people smile.
With a male friend: Everyone suspects you of being a thief, they will check your belongings.
This applies to almost everywhere and every minute aspect of life. Life as a man is hard and lonely.
