I have pencil neck that I can’t change
The best way to train your neck is to do high snatch pulls. Period.
It works for anyone with any body type. Do 5sets 5reps a couple of times a week and increase the weight as you go on. Do this for a couple of years and not only will your neck increase in size, you will become a lot more athletic in general because the snatch pull develops your posterior chain.
