Was watching synthetic man and he claimed that Zelda 1 was open world and allowed you to complete all the dungeons in any order
That's blatantly not true. Starting with dungeon 4, the game starts gating dungeons with item requirements, forcing you to play the dungeons in a certain order.

SYnthetic man exposed himself as a massive fraud who likely copies all his opinions from 4chan. What's even funnier is he claims Link to the Past lasts long and the last dungeons are too hard. He acts as if a game escalating its difficulty is bad.

I'm having trouble ever taking him seriously again after watching his takes on retro games. He got filtered by the first level of Gradius 1 btw.

Been a long time ago since I played it, I just remember being disappointed by it after playing harder zelda games first like OoT especially with how hyped it is and how many people say it's one of the best ones.
I'm speaking more to the puzzle solving since that's kind of what separates zelda from other games, the combat is all zelda games is usually good but tame.

Yeah, the puzzles aren't great. The standout puzzles are throwing bombs/bombing the roof. Nothing that memorable.

That's the best way to describe him. Most normies would want nothing to do with him after watching even one of his videos, and he's also a fake as fuck gamer with uber normie opinions.
