Gaming Switch game recommendations for a new switch owner

I've just inherited a switch Oled and a few games and I'm looking for a few recommendations from you guys.
I already have:

• Breath of the wild
• Pokemon diamond
• Mario 3d world

If you like turn-based RPGs like Pokemon you might like Dragon Quest 11 or Persona 5 Royal.
I really enjoyed Dragon Quest 11, it's better on the Switch than on other platforms imo.
Other than that I think Mario Kart 8 is a pretty good timewasting game, although tbh half of the tracks are locked behind DLC.

I can just emulate that on PC or dust off my 360.

Mario kart 8 might be a shout. I'm thinking about getting odessy as well. Persona 5 I'll get as well.
