I heard that you have to schedule your morning to survive them. What are you doing after you wake up usually? I also heard that having social appointments where you have to force yourself through them like work for example helps, i.e. it is better than to just stay in bed and ruminating. But other than work there seems to be nothing you can do
 
I just wander around and maybe go to the store at times to get snacks.
 
No out clearly Doesn’t help every time, you need to do what you want
 
I'm depressed 24/7, don't schedule shit and i'm still here.
 
sleep until the afternoon
 
I lay in bed for two hours before I get up
 
I try to do 60 push ups, 60 crunches and 60 reverse crunches when I get up before work.
The bit of exercise makes me feel less shit
