JFL Surgeon rejected me at rhino consultation

And he said, with a straight face: “Qozumaki you are a handsome guy (jfl), the risk would be greater than the reward”. Of course I could not tell him that I haven’t even held hands with a women while approaching mid-30s. And why the are you lying like this to my face.

For the record, I’m ethnic with an ugly nose (the problem is the tip). His argument was that I have thin skin on my nose, and rhino would be risky. Apparently, thin skin on nose makes it so any slight change is very visible. And he repeated “you are a man, do you want a smaller nose?" when I told him over and over again that I didn’t want any major alterations, but something that could make my facial features more in harmony.

Can’t even surgerymaxx, and I’m now scared to even go to other surgeouns because of his “thin skin” talk. What if they actually f it up even more.

His “thin skin" comment got to me, that any slight change would be visible. What if some other surgeon has no regard and the result is a chopped one, from ugly to deformed.
