And boys age 13 to 18 would be taught how to talk to women, get a job and work, and how to fight another man if need be. But most importantly to not simp or become a cuck.

I also think this a good idea, especially if you pair it with compulsory monogamy to ensure most women never breed and thus a better sexual selection takes place. Only the best genes from women are past on and only the males that survive to be of age and prove their usefulness to the society breed.
