Sungazing makes me forget all the bad things in my life and it also comes with some benefits, i will sungaze every time i have a day off from work and when the sun is present, to see how it affects my overall health. Have anyone of you tried sungazing?

Start small like a few minutes and squint your eyes. Look away immediately if it starts hurting. Don't do it when the sun rays are most powerful 10am-3pm
