I’m in a similar position right now. In the past couple years, I’ve gained 80 pounds. My health is the worst it’s ever been. I have diabetes and hyperthyroidism.

All points agreed. I'd add that the system also sees marriage as a way to control men. Single men without the responsibility of family could behave more recklessly ("destabilizing") than married men in the same situation. So they do many things to encourage men to marry and have children, including shaming virgins

Correct. This system, of the rich and for the rich, is all about controlling the "low class" men, the masses by controlling their minds and hearts.

Because once men snap out of the matrix en masse the rich loose their power and wealth as well as their safety.
This would also most likely mean the end of society and civilization as we know it.

One time when I was having a major nervous breakdown in 2013 the thought popped in my head "Instead of killing myself maybe I can junkfoodmaxx with fast food and slowly killself that way."

Sounds like a painful way to go imo. It is going to take a while to kill you and you would have to put up with very inconvenient health issues long before you die.
