All it takes for a person to become "genetically" inferior is for the mother to have had a shitty diet during pregnancy or for you to have been feed poorly during childhood.

Most problems that incels think are do to genetics is actually just development problems do to lack of quality food among other factors.

Killing all people that are genetically inferior won't make the problem go away since modern lifestyle is bound to create ugly humans, look around you, 90% of modern people are actually ugly, and it's all do to diet. Naturally most people would be decent looking.
