at some shitty city in UK, Constantin Barbutu (a 22 years old romanian dishwasher, AKA subhuman slave) was found guilty in slapping 11 random females in the ass.
he went on night with his bike and hoodies, and would smack those whores and then ran away.
in the trial he proved he got serious mental problems, so in the end the judge didnt sent him to jail cuz of his mental problems. the judge also said that because the guy dont know english he will have hard times in jail so thats part of the reasons to his decisions.
