I've tried to tell gymcopers this for years.

FRAME cannot be improved no matter what. Anyone can eat more and go to the gym but your FRAME remains the same. Framelets who work out (me) just look like bulgy, veiny framelets with visible muscle. I could easily be overpowered by a fat fuck who never worked out a day in his life

That being said, gym is a hobby for me and something that gets me out of the house
