same, i’ll get mildly excited with minor things or short term dopamine boosts here and there but i’m perpetually depressed aside from that, it’s always temporary, my advice is, to accept the BP completely and just take whatever faults come with it, make terms with what you can and direct all your energy into changing what you can.
