Was going for a drive and found a PC tossed off someones lawn next to their trash I got it and it has 26gb of DDR3 ram. Its other components are quite shit but the ram is very nice find especially in this day where its so expensive. I hope the ram works, will test it later.

Idk where you live but DDR3 ram is not really affected by the AI bubble. It's a decade old technology and ddr3 ram is super cheap on the used market. It would have been an amazing find if it was DDR4 or DDR5. But it was free so I guess it's still a win for you

Wasn't aware. To be honest though I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between ddr3 or ddr4.

I've been using it for a while, it doesn't matter the type of ram you use really unless you need those extra 10 frames.

My backup computer does have 4gb of DDR4 but it obviously isn't enough to makeup for the fact that its only 4gb.
