Maxilla and eye area are just as important as the lower third.

Even though Jeremy Meeks chin is recessed (not badly recessed) he has a well developed maxilla and eye area that makes him be extremely attractive.

Michael B. Jordan unlike Jeremy Meeks has a terrible 1/10 recessed chin, but because he has a well developed maxilla and eye area he is still not considered ugly.
