I would assume it was common for underaged preteen females who are just started puberty to already be married or have children in most of the world.
Also, there were some Polynesian and Amerindian cultures that were very sexually involved.

I don't want to make unfounded claims, so I can't really continue here but I'd like to think that you can see whether sex with people that would be illegal today is harmful or harmless by looking at history, especially of places where it used to be prevalent but no longer is.
Personally I don't think I would be any worse off if I had the opportunity back when I was younger.

I agree that at this point it isn't really "child exploitation" if she's mature enough to send pics of herself naked and in lingerie, and having an older boyfriend.

I don't find anything funny about an 11 year old and an 8 year old killing an even younger child. This whole incident is obscenely disturbing.
JFL @ sending them a juvenile "correction" facility. There's nothing there to be corrected. They need to be put down, before these degenerates grow up and commit further evils. Worse still would be if they procreated.
This is probably a sentiment not shared by anyone here, but I think minors who commit such evils, like that other case of an 8 year old and a 6 year old killing a toddler (one of them is in his 20s now), need to be executed. Fuck the idea of child innocence. Clearly, not all children are innocent.
I wish I were this based at 11, if my friends were as fucked up as me around that age I would be locked up rn.
