I understand the rest, I just dont understand the section that's underlined in red and says input.
Idk what I'm supposed to do for that friction and input columns

You need to atleast show a picture of the assembly for context.
But it seems like you should have 2 different formulas for input, 1 will be actual and 1 will be for predicted?

Predicted friction is 0.105 times output load, which is the first column. so fill that part in then based on that predict how much input torque you would need to lift the load
