Health is determined by your genes as well. Just do not get addicted to goyslop and sleep well.
 
Agree, QOL goes down massively without a schedule and with a sedentary lifestyle, I like to have a schedule to feel some sense of order.

Exercise isn't even necessarily needed, just being active (like walking) instead of LDARing will increase QOL.
 
I'm currently working out, trying to build muscle. My bf% is around 13-16% (hard to measure due to my far below average height) and now I try to fill my lean/skinny frame out with muscle. To not only look a bit better, but also to be healthy, strong and be able to defend myself at least a little bit.

But the effects of poor health are cumulative. Even if these things shorten your lifespan, eating poorly or neglecting to exercise will only serve to shorten it further. Not only that, but an unhealthy life also increases the likelihood of you facing health issues which worsen your QoL, so your overall suffering is likely to be increased.

What quality of life exactly are you talking about?

I have been single my whole life, never had sex outside of paying for it, have a shitty place of work with a bitch and two other boomers who are trying hard to bully me out of the company.

My parents gaslight me at least once a weak and are narcissists.

I have no irl friends.

My boss has turned out to be a pos who clearly does not take me seriousely, as well as the rest of the hire ups.

I fail to see how there is any Qol to begin with

Being obese, diabetic, suffering from chronic illnesses, even lower energy than you currently have, etc. could serve to make your life even worse and increase your suffering by inflicting frequent or constant physical discomfort onto you. Despite everything you listed, your situation could still be worse.
