That's on you either you messed something up with your pc or you just got unlucky. I have less problems with emulators than in real games as modern games are full of issues especially when those retards are using UE5, ps2 emulation is the most troublesome, 2nd would be ps3 emulation but only couple of titles and rest are issues free and just press play and game. Duckstation, Dolphin or Cemu gave me ZERO issues no matter which game i opened up.

Not just me, many people have these issues regardles of their pc setups. Mine used to be really good until I sold it on ebay since I stopped playing on it due to the only games I wanted to play were emulated ones and emulators worked like shit. Modern games it ran well but not emulation ones.

Then you are blind so there are no point in talking to you when you see no difference between resolutions. And no PS3 is way below 1080p. What's next you will say there are no difference between 30 and 60 or 60 to 120 fps?

It doesn't impact gameplay, you get used to the frame rate in like 5 minutes, it seriously is no big deal unless you're a performance obsessed fag.

ou seem to be overexerting the issue of 5-10% games and lie that it's all of them. I'm starting to think you never had a proper pc and just hating PC because you have ego mania and nostalgia about your crappy consoles.

It's not even nostalgia, I grew up playing exclusively on computer. I didn't get my first console until I was 17 and despite my pc being really solid since my cousin tech-nerd helped me upgrade it. it was nice never having to trouble shoot games on console. I wouldn't say 5 to ten percent, more like 20 to 30 percent.
