months back I got injured and i let myself go, Before the injury I was about 15 percent body fat now I'm close to 28 percent body fat, I want to get back in shape (for health reasons) and I'm planning on starvemaxxing down to 12 percent bodyfat as fast as possible.

Have any of you guys had any experience with ozempic/wegovy and if so, did it help with weight loss?

Been on it for like 9 months, yeah , lost a fcuk ton of weight since I barely am hungry and I do a shit ton of cardio.
