i lost count. may be i started it when i texted a girl that i fell in love with almost two years ago (oneitiscuck you can say ) she told me she don't even know me so i thought living is kind of pointless so i started starving eating one or atmost two meal per day and also it's a form of punishment thinking that i had slightest chance with any girl.

I'll probably end up trying to starvemax down to 10-12% bodyfat to see if it makes me look much better. I don't know what body fat percentage I am right now but I don't have visible abs so I clearly could lean down a bit more.

Rookie numbers i'v been on 1 meal a day my whole life. Also i tried to drown myself when my crush rejected me, never simp again.

I eat when am really hungry usually during mid day or hours before i sleep. I'm awake 16hrs.
