Not if you have high T like I do. I once went 11 days nofap 2.5 years ago, and never again. I was so horny, and it only get worse as time went on. I could hardly sleep and it made my mental state horrible. Most I ever did since then at one given time was 3 days, I believe. I usually fap 2-3 times a day
