Modded my switch and I wanted free games so I got danganronpa 3, I didn't play this game in years and had forgotten most things aside from who the culprits were and who the people died were, to keep it short the game is about 16 high school students in Japan called Ultimates, (the best of whatever field they related to) forced to participate in a killing game. When one kills and three people discover the body, a class trial is held. It is your purpose with evidence, alibis, and whatelse, to find out whodunnit. At the start of the game, you play as a foid called Kaede, the ultimate pianist. You become friends with Shuichi (who you later play as), and try to find out who the mastermind is (Shuichi theorizes there is a mastermind behind the games). Also, spoiler warning: A motive is set that if in 2 days no one kills, everyone dies. You and Shuichi set sensors and a camera at the library, as there is a hidden room (theorized where the mastermind could be going), when you hear the sensor going off and the dead body of Rantaro in the library. As you go to the trial (which took me like 3 hours to complete), you start realizing, YOU, KAEDE, KILLED RANTARO, ON ACCIDENT BECAUSE THE FOID WANTED TO KILL THE MASTERMIND AND IT HIT HIM SINCE HE WENT IN THE LIBRARY. The game even mentions you killed him, but they do it so subtle you don't notice at the beggining of the playthrough. ALSO, BIGGER SPOILERS IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, KAEDE DOESN'T EVEN KILL RANTARO, BUT I DON'T REMEMBER HOW
