I hate staying at home all day, it makes me depressed and angry so I renewed my gym membership I had cancelled in January (because I wasn't going) and I hope I can keep the motivation and go from Monday to Friday during all summer. I go two times a day, in the morning I do 1 hour of treadmill and in the afternoon (around 3/4pm) when there's almost no one at the gym one of the instructors made me a routine with the weights and machines, I go to a commercial gym so they have this fancy weight machines with a screen that tells you all your progress and you can even put a game to entertain yourself while you lift kek.
Since I don't plan in gymmaxxing (too lazy to do a heavy routine and strict diet) and I do this out of boredom I don't really care it's less effective than free weights. Also the free weights area of my gym is occupied by high tier normies and Chads who have been lifting for years so I feel like sheit there. I go to the gym and after I feel well for like 2 hours before I start to feel bored and miserable again, hoping the day ends soon so I can go to bed.
