Wtf is this? I thought regular cardio was supposed to make you less depressed. But somehow its hitting me like a ton of bricks
 
It makes me feel good but regularly exercising gets depressing my body aches if i don't exercise
 
I think you may be overdoing it which can strain your body
 
Stressing your CNS with physical exercise while you are already mentally and thus physically exhausted due to loneliness and isolation will make you feel worse, not better. You will have to sleep more to combat these things.
 
Because of the amount of effort you're putting in, and the reward being very little. Same thing happened to me, so I just gave up.
 
ur not used to the caloric deficit. you'll feel better than ever in a month or two

I'm probably one of the few incels with quite a bit of knowledge on cardio. What type of cardio was it?
 
because when you exercise very intensely your body produces cortisol which makes you more depressed. Cut down how much cardio you do.

Just do It less, to be healthy, dont be harsh if you know It will not change nothing
 
it's paradoxical but exercising more and sleeping more wil result in: being more alert, more awake, more aware
this can actually trigger more depression
there isn't really any solution
 
This year is gonna be the year that I rope, I'm telling you. Shit is so depressing being born into a life like this.
Maybe it's my year too, but that's what I thought for the last 8 years
 
back in the day when I was gymrotting , I was hopeful that I'd ascend after that. That hope kept me in the gym for sometime but when it didn't deliver the results I had to quit hard and never look back to the point that Im fat as fuck now and hate lifting anything even a water can

Yeah tbh it could be the caloric deficit. I'm not doing it on purpose either.
